What we collect
Information you submit through our intake forms (name, email, and the details of your inquiry), newsletter signups, and standard technical data our hosting provider logs automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver services you engage us for, send the newsletter you opted into, and operate and secure the website. Form submissions are transmitted to our inbox via our form-processing provider. We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
Confidentiality
Reputation and narrative engagements are inherently sensitive. Client identities and case details are never disclosed, used in marketing, or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the engagement or by law. NDAs are available before any detailed discussion.
